Here is how I spent May Day, with my sister Madeline and my best friend Ali. It was beautiful out, a tad windy up on this hill top, but very lovely. I had plans to do something outdoors with Ali, then Madeline tagged along. I love spending time with my sister, and now thats she's 14 and is really growing up, I cherish all the time I get with her. She's a really great kid with a good head on her shoulders. And so beautiful too, look at those freckles and those loooong eyelashes!
We sat on this hill top for a while making flower crowns and having girl talk. Then we went to go take some photos. You may recognize Maddie from some of Ali's photos, but the last time we got to shoot together was a year or more ago. And I'm quite happy she likes to tag along and be in the photos too. It's a little hard to get her to relax her face, she's a big fan of making funny faces all the time.. but when she does, man she gives some good face!!

Dandelion chains, wow! They're so pretty, I think I actually prefer them to daisy chains. Seems like it was a lovely day out for all of you.

this post is too cute. i always wanted a sister to hang out with like this, mine is 6 so our hangoutS are more along the lines of playing house than having girl talk lol. anyway i love your friends outfit, that black cardi and mint skirt...perfect. the flower crowns are a great touch also.
